This modern home is drenched in tranquility as it creates a blended experience of outdoor with indoor. Our large traditional, accent cased VistaLuxe WD windows help to bring this vision to life as they flood the home with natural light, connecting it to the inspiring gardens. The exterior finishing for the Kolbe VistaLuxe WD accent cased windows match the black shingles of the home, creating effortless cohesion.
Now onto the true focal point of the home, the front door. This Sapele Pivot Door provides an elevated transition from the main living space, kitchen, and front garden. Pivot doors are a favourite of past Kolbe clients for the incredible experience they create with every open.
This style of door is not only visually appealing, but it also offers a unique practical use as the Pivot door can be opened to a fixed position, where the door stays open at the 90-degree point. For the Green Thumb homeowners, they like to prop their front door open for ease of entertaining, such as when carrying a tray of summer cocktails outside.
